He was predeceased by: his parents, Pinkney Jerome Cook and Edna Ross Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Renee Cook Wilson (Terry); his brother Louis Cook; his stepson Bobby Bolick; his grandchildren, Justin Cook, Dustin Wilson (Megan), Zachary Wilson, Madison Green, Cameron Green and Ella Green; and his nephews, Brian and Jeff Cook.
