He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Falls and Helen White Falls. He is survived by: his sons, Todd Pennington (Dana) of Gaffney and Richie Pennington (Kayce Childers) of Smyrna; his siblings, Herbert Falls (Linda), Steve Falls (Kristy), Donald Falls, Roy Falls (Patricia), Nancy Ann Panceroff and Barbara Smith; his grandchildren, Kaylyn Thompson (Dillon) and Zachary Pennington; and his great grandchild Anna-Lee Thompson.
