She was predeceased by: her spouse Jimmie Ervin Blackwell; her parents, Robert Whiten and Mary Spencer Whiten; her children, Tommy Blackwell Sr. and Barbara Jackson; her siblings, Gordon, Jimmy, Billy Whiten and Helen Stokes; and her great grandchild Hank White.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Blackwell, Judy White (Randy) of Blacksburg and Linda Peterson of Blacksburg.
