He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Marie Fortier (Carter); his parents, Albert Leo Fortier Sr. and Joan Speeckaert Fortier; his daughter Marian Jeannette "M. J."; his siblings, A. J. Fortier (Christi) and Laura-Lee M. Whittaker (J. R.); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Queen, Victoria Whittaker, Brittany Crowder, Sarah Watson, Rebecca Watson, Elizabeth Carter, Lee Fortier, Geoffrey Fortier (Kattie), Bradley Crowder, Jacob Crowder, Isaac Watson, Joshua Watson, Luke Carter and Levi Carter; his great-niece Adalynn Queen; and his great-nephews, Easton Queen, Emmett Judd and Gabriel Fortier.
