He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan White Greene; his parents, Claude Greene and Peggy Cox Greene; his son Christopher Greene; his siblings, Johnny Greene of Spruce Pine, NC, Scotty Greene of Salisbury, Billy Greene of Grover, Wayne Greene and Peggy Ledford of Grover; his grandson Dustin Greene; and his great grandchild Reagan Greene.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastside Baptist Church, PO Box 436, Blacksburg, SC.
