She was predeceased by: her parents, Melton Cecil "Bill" Hendricks and Betty Lou Fore White; her husband Eddie Wayne Westmoreland; and her siblings, Ronald "Ronnie" Hendricks of Greer, Diane H. Ellis (Harriett Patricia "Pat'H. Peterson) of Clover and Pamela Marie Blackwell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rita H. Jarvis of Gaffney, Cathy Caldwell of Gastonia, Donnie Hendricks of Greenwood and Russell Hendricks; her children, Billy A. Blackwell, Jr. of Gaffney, Melissa B. Dixon (Shane) of Blacksburg and Dewayne K. Blackwell (Tammy) of Blacksburg; her grandchildren, Pamela Blackwell, Nicholas Dixon (Rebecca), Noah Dixon, Ashley, Alexis, Chase Blackwell, Erica P. Adams (Clay), Bradley, Cory Moore, Shawn Sexton and Brittany Wilborn (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Alexander Atkins, Olivia Blackwell and Amelia Grace Adams.
