She was predeceased by: her parents, Crawford Messer and Iola Childers Messer; her children, Charlie Lowery, David Messer and Elizabeth Ann Carabello; her grandson Andy Lowery; and her siblings, Charles Messer, William Messer, Dorothy Turner and Helen Bright.
She is survived by: her husband Loyd Junior Love; and her children, Clarence Messer of Gaffney and Bonnie Love of Gaffney. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
