She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Barnette; her parents, Jessie Wallace and Florence Jones Wallace; her daughter Violet Barnette Moss; and her sister Irene Wallace.
She is survived by: her grandson Robert Chadwick "Chad" Moss (Katy); her great grandchild Robert Chadwick Moss II; and her sister Betty Joe Rogers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Buffalo Baptist Church (618 Old Buffalo Church Rd, Blacksburg, SC 29702). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
