He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Jean Ogg Stevens; his parents, Harry Alverson Stevens and Laura Mae Howard Stevens; his son John Stevens; and his sisters, Connie, Gladys and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Albert Glenn Stevens (Myra) of Blacksburg, Allen Lynn Stevens of Blacksburg and Laurie Ann Stevens of Blacksburg; his stepson Edward Dean McIntyre (Jane) of Cowpens; his siblings, David Stevens (Martha) of Blacksburg, Albert Stevens of Michigan, Violet Leach of Fayetteville, NC and Mary Voltz of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Jessica Stevens, Riley Stevens, Amy Lynn Stevens, Allison Stevens, Sebastian Stevens, John Zilska, Shelby Zilska, Brent Meece, Deanna Jones and Eddie McIntyre. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
