He is survived by: his wife Patricia Abernathy Falls; his children, Geraldine Alexander (Kenny) of Blacksburg, SC, JoJo Grubb (Shawn) of Blacksburg, SC, Shirley Ferguson (Robert) of Blacksburg, SC, Amber Lingerfeldt (Justin) of Kings Mountain, NC and Richard Lingerfeldt (Carolann) of Cherryville, NC; and his siblings, Cathy Jenkins of Raleigh, NC, Randy Falls of Blacksburg, SC, Bill Falls of Blacksburg, SC, Terry Falls (Melinda) of Blacksburg, SC and Bobby Falls (Regina) of Hickory Grove, SC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
