It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Lucille Allen of Blacksburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Shuford Allen; her parents, Sam Bolin and Emma Shackleford Bolin; and her siblings, Robert Bolin, Daniel Bolin, Ruth Gordon and Ruby Saber.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Wright (Harold) of Blacksburg and Scott Allen (Sherri) of Blacksburg; her sister Betty Jackson of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Susan Spencer (Craig), Stacy Wright, David Wright (Andrea), Maggie Ouztes (Gene), Alicia Hair (Latrell) and Brittany Owusu (George). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
