He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clyde Davis and Carrie Starnes Davis; and his son Michael Wayne Davis. He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Jaynes and Janice Davis; his siblings, Vera Brown, Carolyn Wright and Thomas Davis; and his grandchildren, Michelle Crocker, Michael Davis, Brandon Jaynes and Kristen Sullivan. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
