He is survived by: his mother Denise Fowler Collins; his grandfathers, Eddie Fowler (Gail) and Bud Killian; his siblings, Courtney Gore Phillips (Alan), Heather Collins (Fred), Hannah Collins Waddell (Steven), Ashley Gore (Eddie) and Jace Brown; his nieces and nephews, Wesley, Jax, Jett, Jurni, Taylor and Jovie; his aunts and uncles, Jill Beam (late Randy Beam), Janie Allen (Chris), Jenny Stroupe (Dennis), Joy Thayer (Frankie), Julie Collins, Scott Fowler (Sandy) and Jamey Ferguson (Mellissa); and his friends, David Roark, Ben Bennett, Jon Bennett and Drayson.
