She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Evans; her parents, John White and Lucy Broome White; her son Randy Evans; her great grandchild Julia McCurry; and her sisters, Isabell White and Louise Fox.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy McCurry (Jackie) of Blacksburg; her brother Calvin White of Blacksburg; her grandchildren, Reverend Michael McCurry (Susan) and Jaclyn Wright (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Evan McCurry (Caitlin), Ally McCurry, Cody Wright, Alex Keller (Tyler), Eli McCurry, Harlie Wright and Kynzlie Wright.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broad River Baptist Church (419 W Cherokee St, Blacksburg, SC 29702). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
