She was predeceased by: her husband James "Shorty" Bell (Jerry Goodson); her brother Albert "Cooter" Peterson; and her parents, Albert Lee Peterson, Sr. and Elsie Batchler Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Scott Bell and Sandy Bell; her grandchildren, Kara Mullinax (Ricky), Ryan Bell, James Bell and Victoria Bell; her great grandchildren, Aryana and Aurora; and her sister Louise Lanier.
