We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, Gary Slimmon (Blacksburg, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Slimmon and Kathleen Slimmon; and his nephew Jeff Slimmon. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, David (Arianne Richeson) and Mary (Brooke Young); his grandchildren, Savannah, Audrey, Henry and Alice Slimmon; his brother Don (Jean); his nephews, Brad (Darlene Manning) and Mark; and his sister-in-law Janet Strahm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada, St. Mary's Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice (cards available at the Funeral Home).
