He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forrest Parker and Corrie Bratton Parker; and his siblings, Bill Parker, Henry Parker (Bate), James Parker (Jake), Charles Parker, Bobby Parker, Lee Parker (Hoot), Reverend Perrin Parker and Leila Lyle.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Humphries Parker; his children, Robert Parker of Kings Mountain, Evonne Parker Jenkins and Clarissa Burgess of Blacksburg; his sister Betty Harrington of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Burgess and Dustin Parker.
