With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Neelands of Blacksburg, South Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Newman Neelands; her parents, Walter Campbell and Della Campbell Patterson; her grandson Johnathan Taylor; and her siblings, Dorothy Sullivan, Floree Clark, Gladys Smith and Gene Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald N. Neelands (Lynn D. Neelands) of Clover, Tony R. Neelands of Clover, Jeffery L. Neelands (Laura Neelands) of Fletcher, NC and Phyllis N. Taylor (Andrew L. Taylor) of York; her siblings, Dan Campbell of Pensacola, FL, Martha Mahaffee of Seneca, Alice Smith of York and Laura Adams of York; and her grandchildren, Robert Anthony Neelands, Jason Newman Neelands, Amy Neelands Clapp, Britani Joye Myers, Joshua Ben Neelands, Ashley Brooke Neelands and Jordon Lamar Taylor. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
