With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Cribb (Blacksburg, South Carolina), who passed away on April 26, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Cribb; her parents, Eddie Hammonds and Lula McPherson Hammonds; her brothers, Robert Hammonds, Wilbur Hammonds and Don Hammonds; and her grandson Scott McLeymore.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Blanton McLeymore (Samuel) and Jerry Michael Cribb (Brenda); her grandchildren, Angel Roach (Chris Roach), Kristopher Barnette (Katherine Barnette), Jayci Blanton, Lachelle Crosby (Phillip Crosby), Greg McLeymore, Timmy Cribb (Melinda Cribb), Josh Cribb, Sharon Cribb and Jenny Wallace; and her siblings, Lucille Blackmon of Gastonia, NC, Mary Harrelson of Charlotte, NC and Lonnie Hammonds of Norwood, NC.. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
