She is survived by: her brothers, William "Bill" Parker Jr. of Blacksburg and Samuel "Sam" Parker (Paula) of Shelby, NC; her brother-in-law Paul Whelchel; her nieces and nephews, Michelle Whelchel, Emily Walker, Jessica Moss, Michael Whelchel, Brian Whelchel and Zachary Parker; her caregiver Paula Parker; and her aunt Betty Harrington of Gaffney.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby, NC 28150 in memory of Deborah Parker.
