He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Tolley and Hassie Horton Tolley; and his siblings, Michael Tolley, Dorothy Musick, Mildred Whitson and Jean Little.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Tolley, Jeff Tolley, Tresa Tolley and Patty Settle; his siblings, George Tolley of Mountain City, TN and Linda Light of Johnson City, TN; his grandson Aaron Hess (Jian) of Glen Burnie, MD; and his pet Tucker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
