He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Willis and Alma Parris Hughey Willis; and his great grandchild Stephen Jacob "Jake" Kimbrell. He is survived by: his wife Margie Sexton Hughey; his nephew Rick Jolly; his children, Christie Augustine of Cowpens, David Ellis (Lisa) of Gaffney, Patricia Henson (Keith) of Gaffney and Lynn Patterson (Shane) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, James Mitchell Coker, III (Jeanette), Joshua Aubrey Coker (Joanna), Jeffrey Shane Patterson, Jr. (Shahna), Christine Emma Henson Raines (Jayson Brown), Jesse Lynn Patterson and Summer Skyle Caudill (Matt); his great grandchildren, Lester Paul Din (Gladys), Gabrielle Angelika Din, Jaleigh Elizabeth Lynn Patterson, Tytonn Andrew Shane Patterson, Sarah Elizabeth Coker, Jayten Shane Fowler, Jana Mae Coker, Brody Jaxon Patterson and Rowan Alexander Coker; and his great great grandchildren, David Jacob Din and Ezekiel John Din. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
