He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Larry and Patricia McCoy Hulsey. He is survived by: his son Andrew Hulsey (Tabitha) of Shelby, NC; and his brother Larry Hulsey (Regina) of York, SC. He is also survived by one uncle, two aunts, and several nieces and nephews.
