He is survived by: his spouse Shirley McDaniel Reynolds; his children, Katherine Reynolds of Blacksburg and Charles Reynolds III of Blacksburg; his grandchildren, Katie Chapman (Russell), Joseph Stanford, Heaven Reynolds, Macee Reynolds and Elizabeth Hardin; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Luke, Jake and Aubrie Chapman; and his sister Sandra McDaniel (Mark) of Blacksburg.
