He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Lee Bell; his parents, Mack Lee and Cora Lanier Bell; and his siblings, Elizabeth B. Estes, James L. "Shorty" Bell and Raymond L. Bell.
He is survived by: his son Michael Bell (Kristi); his granddaughters, Emily Bell and Mara Grace Bell; and his sisters, Shirley B. Hardin, Betty B. Roach, Patricia B. Ligon and Brenda L. Earls.
