She is survived by: her friend Jesus; her children, Paul Franklin Carpenter, Derek Lee Patterson, Timothy Seth Patterson (Wendy), Paula Faye Tuttle (Joey), Tina Marie Carpenter, Andrea Reynolds (Johnny) and Monta Risa Call (Doug); her stepdaughters, Judy Cook and Tammy Helms; and her sisters, Sheila Kinison, Marlene Lucas and Betty Slawter. She is also survived by half-brothers and half-sisters; 20 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
