It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Neal Dover of Blacksburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dover and Lorene Martin Dover; his sister Nancy Dover; and his son Christopher "Butch" Gunnin. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Kyle Dover (Mona), Shane Gunnin, Crystal Hayes and Chelsea Dover. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
