He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Furman Ham and Sally Bolin Ham; his sons, Leroy Ham, Travis Ham and Lamar Ham; his grandson Adam Stroup; and his siblings, Lawrence Ham, O. D. Ham, Lloyd Ham and Sue Blackmon.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Ham (Summer), Cindy Bisby (Bobby) and Rita Copeland (Alex).
