She was predeceased by: her spouse Friedrich; her parents, Peter Thiessen and Helena Thiessen; and her son Vladimir. She is survived by: her children, Victor (Andrea), Anna Weaver (Scott), Peter, Olga Leibold (Don) and Rita (Ed); her grandchildren, Emily, Hallie, Tessa, Cora, Larissa, Andrew, Eric, Rachel and Kayla; her great grandchild Theodore; and her sister Helen Penner (late George).
