He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Robert Finethy, Sr. and Gertrude Logan Finethy; and his siblings, Robert W Finethy (Bob) and Roxie Propst. He is survived by: his aunt Leila Mae Woods Chastain; his wife Carol Latimer Finethy of Columbia; his sons, Matthew Finethy (Candace) of Marietta, GA and Patrick Finethy; his sister Nancy Finethy Foley (Charlie) of Whittier, CA; and his sister-in-law Jackie Finethy of Rindge, NH.
