He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Hopkins and Rosa March Hopkins; and his brothers-in-law, Jay Kelly and Alex Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kelly Hopkins; his sister Judy Jackson Smith (Bryan); his nephew Zan Jackson (Melanie); his niece April Saverance (Pat); his great-nephews, AJ Jackson, Daniel Jackson, Patterson Saverance and Mathew Saverance; and his great-niece Julee Saverance.
