She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude S. Langston and Georgia Carter Langston; and her husband Brooks Hennis Parnell. She is survived by: her daughters, Iris P. Hayes (Norman) and Claudia J. Parnell (Steve McGowen) of Columbia, S. C.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hayes (Amy) of Lydia, S. C and Brooke Raley (Jason) of Bishopville, S. C.; and her great grandchild Piper Raley of Bishopville, S. C..
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Savannah Advent Christian Church Cemetery (1948 Ashland-Stokes Bridge Rd, Bishopville, SC 29010).
