It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria C. Carter of Bishopville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Carter, Sr. and Louise Howard Carter; her son Willie James Carter of Mayesville, SC; and her siblings, Virginia Thomas, Robert Carter and Archie Rogers.
She is survived by: her daughter Ernestine Carter; her siblings, Essie C. Boyd and Albert Carter, Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Lucille Rogers of Sumter, SC and Beulah Carter of Woodrow, SC; and her friends, Gertrude Wilson, Jannie Mae Carter and Minnie Rogers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
