Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shelby Vaughn (Bishopville, South Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away, on November 13, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Tolson and Eliza L. Atkinson Tolson; and her son Jerry McLeod. She is survived by: her children, Ellen McLeod Cassity (Eric) and Allen O. McLeod. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
