He is survived by: his wife Jean Broadway; his children, Michael Parnell (Sandy) and Sharon Carter (Mark); his stepchildren, Diane Millen (Steve), Lisa Duda (Mark) and Mitchell Broadway (Bonnie) of Waynesboro, PA; and his siblings, Edward C. Parnell and Ethel Skinner.
