He was predeceased by: his parents, Riva Lee Barnes Kelley and Hoyt Kelley; his former wife Wilma Kelley; his son Todd Kelley; his sister Elga Rhea; and his brother-in-law Norwood Hatfield.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gainey Kelley of McBee, SC; his children, Kenneth Kelley (Rene Williams) of Brown's Summit, NC and Janice Kahaly (Greg) of Anderson, SC; his grandsons, Alan Kahaly, Will Kahaly of Anderson, SC, Cameron Kelley of Colorado and Dustin Kelley of Bishopville, SC; his daughter-in-law Cynthia Kelley of Bishopville, SC; and his stepdaughters, Rita White (Jimmy) of Hartsville, SC and Lynn Woodham (Freddie) of Hartsville, SC. He is also survived by two step-grandsons, one step-granddaughter, and five step-great-grandsons.
