She was predeceased by: her parents, Melena Howard Bennett (Harry) and Wyman L Sullivan; her siblings, Susan Irene Sullivan and Michael Sullivan; her sons, Joshua and Caleb Saverance; her mother-in-law Ruth D. Saverance; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph C Heriot, Jr. and J. Ray Saverance.
She is survived by: her husband James P. Saverance; her children, James "Pat" Saverance, Jr. (April), Michael Saverance and Susan Saverance Hill (Ryan); her sister-in-law Norma S Heriot; and her grandchildren, Matthew Saverance, Julee Saverance and Liam Hill. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Cedar Creek Baptist Church, or Robert E. Lee Academy.
