Wactor, Tony A. Wactor and Melba L. Wright-Cooperman; his grandchildren, Ronin J. Wactor, Jeremiah Cooperman, Janise M. Spann, Madison A. Wactor-Kilkenny and McKenzie J. Wactor; his siblings, Susan T. Muldrow, Keith Wright and Wiley Wright; his mother-in-law Eartha Lee Wactor; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmie Wactor, Warren, Eartha Wactor and Sandra Momoe. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
