She is survived by: her daughter Debra Mathis Shoemaker (Steven); her sister Jayne Stewart (Walt) of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Chelsea Derrick of Irmo, SC and Samuel Shoemaker (Joseph Salas) of Brooklyn, NY; her great grandchildren, Eden Derrick and Maximus Derrick; and also Bryan Derrick of Chapin, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
