She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sidney Kissiah and Eunice Hoffman Kissiah; and her siblings, Jolynn Newsome and Sidney "Slick" Kissiah. She is survived by: her husband Elton Jimmy Beasley, Sr. of Bishopville; her sister Denise Rogers (Wayne) of Hartsville; her children, Carla Bates (Stan) of Florida and Jim Beasley (Sweet Caroline) of Bishopville; and her niece Nicole Weeks.
