He was predeceased by: his father William Jackson Baird. He is survived by: his mother Diane B. Mizzell (Leonard Atkinson) of Bishopville, SC.; his children, John Cody Baird of Quinby, SC and Maggie Baird Womack (Jacob) of Turbeville, SC; his sisters, Michelle Lawson (Gene) of St. Matthews, SC, Paulette Mizzell of Campobello, SC, Dana Berry of Santee, SC and Michelle Braxton of Harrisburg, NC; and his grandchildren, Paislee Womack and Delilah Womack.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home (200 W Church St, Bishopville, SC 29010). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Wayside Baptist Church Cemetery (2685 Lee State Park Rd, Bishopville, SC 29010).
