She was predeceased by: her father Isaac James Frederick; her son Isaiah Miles Newkirk; and her brothers, James Frederick, Alonzo Frederick and Delmus Frederick.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Rico Newkirk; her children, Amauri Newkirk, Kahraun Bradley, Kahliyah Pearsall, Jamesen Newkirk, Tomisaac Newkirk (MooKow), Kahmuri Clark, Brysen Newkirk and Christian Newkirk (Skeebawl); her parent Reverend Quincy (Shirley Hill); and her siblings, Sabrina Jones (Jamie), Tammy Frederick, Melissa Frederick (Herb), Ouida Frederick, Mandy Coltren (Greg), Vangie Buford (Nancy), Karen Brown, William Cavenaugh (Kristi), Michael Frederick (Tammy), Vance Frederick, Ronald Frederick, Willie Lee Frederick, Edwin Buford (Angela) and Greg Coltren (Matthew). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
Jennifer was also a dedicated member of the COVID-affected families support group, providing comfort and solidarity during challenging times.
