He is survived by: his wife Celeste K. Outlaw; his sons, James Sidney Outlaw, Jr. (Candi) of Bishopville and Tony Marvin Outlaw, Sr. (Jho) of Bishopville; his grandchildren, Katherine Gaskins (Will) of McBee, Dalton Outlaw of Ft. Myers, FL, Anna Swartz (Jonathan) of Columbia, Tee Outlaw (Kelsy) of Bishopville and Jenna Blaschke (Calvin) of Charleston; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Celeste Gaskins, Allie Gaskins, Maggie Swartz and Everly Gaskins.
