He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. DuBose Jr. and Gladys Rogers DuBose; his wife Doris Ann Jackson DuBose; his son Doug DuBose; and his brothers, Ray DuBose, Alvin DuBose and Donnie DuBose.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Rabon (Robert) of Ashwood, SC and Tim DuBose (Lisa) of Bishopville, SC; his grandchildren, McKenna DuBose (Zach) and Madison DuBose (Alex); his sister-in-law Janie Jackson; and his sisters, Patricia Ries (Michael), Mildred Stevens (Pete), Christine Bryant (Robert) and Grace Toler (Ken). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to Lee County EMS, 130 Industrial Blvd., Bishopville, SC 29010.
