She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rodric Parnell and Thelma Grantham Ward; her former husband Phillip Eugene Houck, Sr.; her husband Bobby Clements Skinner; and her brother Richard Parnell.
She is survived by: her sons, Phil Houck, Jr. (Barbara) and Bishopville (Dean Houck); her brother Edward C. Parnell; and her grandchildren, Justin Houck, Kelli Houck and Gage Houck. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Residence of Phil Houck (399 Woodham Rd, Bishopville, SC 29010). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Newman Swamp Cemetery.
