She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Barnes and Willie Bell Watts Barnes; and her son Mark D. Lyles. She is survived by: her husband Buster Bullock; her daughters, Sheila McDougald (Cooney), Susan Gardner (Gilliam), Stacie Watson (Cam) and Florence; and her sister Bobbie Arrants. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
