With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Roland Parke Cothran (Bishopville, South Carolina), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on November 26, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Wyatt Cothran, Sr.; her parents, Ray C. Parke and Violet Bloom Parke; her brothers, Ray Parke, Jr. and Eugene Parke; her son James W. Cothran, Jr.; and her granddaughter Stacey Annelle Cothran.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Parke Cothran (Lou) of Columbia, SC; and her grandchildren, Cordy M. Williamson, Amanda W. Blanton, James C. Williamson, Richard A. Cothran, Dana C. HJaney, James W. Cothran III and Lauren C. Roach. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
