She is survived by: her mother Carrie Lewis Oaks; her children, Tamisha McFadden (Kenny), Yavonte (Damonica Irick) and Sandreka Murphy; her brother Curtis Spann (Barbara); her grandchildren, Omarian, Curayn, Kameran, Nolan and Kamir; her siblings-in-law, Marcella Murphy, Cyntoria Murphy, Michael Murphy and Nelson Murphy; her siblings, Damond Lewis, Johnny Lewis, Teresa Lewis, Kiara Lewis and Tyquan Lewis; and her close friends, Sharon Caudle-Lesane and Helen Jackson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, god-children and friends.
