Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Sheridon Frazier (Bishopville, South Carolina), born in Orwell, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 74, on July 21, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Frazier and Loretta Barber Frazier; and his siblings, Gerald "Jed" Frazier, Delbert C. Frazier, Karen Frazier, Maxeda Frazier (Infant), Nancy Frazier, Loretta Bishop and Wendi Shackett.

He is survived by: his close friend Diane; his pet Gracie; his son Scott (Jennifer Frazier) of Biddeford, ME; and his sister Karla Dubrule of Glenns Falls, NY..

“So Sorry to hear of Chucks passing. My sincere Condolences to his family & friends. I wet to work for Chuck at the WR Jct, Vermont Gulf Station when I was 15 years old. Don't think I could have asked for a better person to start out with. A very good friend, mentor and teacher, and had a lot of patience. Wrenched on his race cars a few seasons. Though i haven't seen him in years he was often in thoughts and conversations .I am sure he will be greatly missed. Sincerely GregTuthill Pomfret, VT”
