We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Betty Gainey Hopkins of Bishopville, South Carolina, born in Wisacky, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. "Buck" Gainey and Almena Arledge Gainey. She is survived by: her sister Lola Gainey Belk of Lugoff, SC.; her niece Myra Belk Roberts (Kenneth) of Navarre, FL; her nephew Marcus T. Belk of Anchorage, AK.; her great-nephew David Roberts (Melhanie) of Crestview, FL.; and also David "Buck" Roberts.
She also spent time at the Flowing well on Highway 15, keeping it clean and providing food to the wild animals that was donated by residents of Bishopville.
